Services
- Non-lawyer assisted open or closed mediation to minimize legal fees and settle outside of courts
- We work with both parties to create a plan that can easily be turned into a Separation Agreement
- Our goal is always to create the least costly solution for both of you
- 45 minute free intake meeting
- One hour 1:1 online mediation meetings with each of you separate
- One hour 1:1:1 online mediation meetings as requested or required
- Lawyer-assisted mediation as requested or required
- A report delivered by us will summarize the resolved items (closed mediation) or a report will summarize any open and closed items (open mediation)

Cost
After free consultation: 180 CAD per hour, paid per couple per income ratio (if one partner earns 1/3rd of what the other partner earns, then one partner pays 60 CAD and the other partner pays 120 CAD). You can also agree on any other payment ratio.
